Reception Facilities
The Inn features beautiful outdoor courtyards, lush lawns, and herb gardens all surrounded by the famous Topa Topa Mountains. As your guests arrive, the surrounding beauty will make them pause in amazement and reflection. Our wedding staff will be happy to make arrangements for accessories such as archways, gazebos and other decor in these locations to make your ceremony even more special.
Herb Garden
Our three-acre hillside Herb Garden, with scents of geranium, rosemary and lavender drifting through the air, offers a unique experience for wedding ceremonies from 2 to 200 guests. This area is home to 65 different herb types and 20 varieties of fruit trees set among meandering paths punctuated by teahouses. The Herb Garden & Pergola is also available as an intimate reception site for up to 60 guests.
Herb Garden Lawn
Grassy flat lawn with a view of the Herb Garden will seat up to 450 guests for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Reception and Dinner events can also be held on the Lawn, please ask your catering manager for site fees and parameters.
Hacienda Courtyard
An outdoor grassy courtyard surrounded by lush foliage and our historic 1920's Hacienda building, boasts a romantic view of the valley, mountains and golf course. This wedding ceremony area will accommodate up to 200 guests.
Artists Cottage Lawn
Adjacent to our Artists Cottage, this site boasts views of the Topa Topa Mountains and our Classic Golf Course. The wedding ceremony area is situated underneath a 150 year old Oak Tree and can accommodate 300 guests.
Big Red Barn
For a unique outdoor wedding reception, the Big Red Barn at Rancho Dos Rios offers a casual country feel that can be also be dressed up for a shabby chic wedding. The Barn accommodates 50 to 200 guests. The barn is available from April through October. Please ask your Catering Manager for site fee and specifics.
Fragrance Courtyard
This intimate outdoor courtyard located in the resort¹s original William Neff Hacienda building can accommodate up to 50 guests. It¹s abundance of fragrant herbs, flowers, old-world trees and views of the Topa Topa Mountains make the Fragrance Courtyard an unforgettable place to be married.
Maravilla
Our signature dining area now available for weddings and group functions features expansive views of the back valley and golf course. Maravilla is a unique venue, distinctively decorated in our Spanish Colonial style.
Anacapa Ballroom
Newly redesigned with elegant details such as show-stopping chandeliers and outdoor terraces with mountain and sunset views. This room can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Hacienda Ballroom
This expansive ballroom complete with a Spanish-style fireplace and meandering outdoor terrace, is the resort's largest indoor venue and can accommodate up to 350 guests.
